Our team is committed to ensuring that your massage session is executed seamlessly and that you receive the full benefits of the service. All that we request is that you provide a clear space measuring 8 feet in length and 4 feet in width, to allow your therapist sufficient room to move around as they perform your massage.

Before Booking A Massage Session Please Read Our Q's & A's

Q. Where can I have my service?

A. At home, hotel or work.

Q. Do you need set up & clean up time?

A. Yes, it would take about 15 -20 minutes to set and the same amount of time to clean, take down and pack everything away. This is not part of your session time. 

Q. Does area where the therapist will be working need to be clear?

A. Yes, you will need to ensure clear access & that the area where the therapist would be preforming the session is also clear. The area must be 8ft long & 4 ft wide and double for twin massages.

Q. Can I still have a massage if I'm unwell?

A. Unfortunately not, it is up to you to contact us as soon as possible before your session to reschedule your appointment. However it you cancel less than 24 hours a cancellation fee of £60.00 will be taken out of the balance already paid & the rest will be returned.

Q. Can I cancel or reschedule my session?

A. Absolutely! Just make sure it 48 hours before your appointment & we would be happy to reschedule your appointment. If you decide to cancel 72 hours before your appointment we will give you a full refund back to the card you use to book your service.

Q. Is parking included?

A. No, it is your responsibility to ensure therapist can safely park or provide a parking permit. Therapist will charge you through our mobile terminal for any parking fees they would have to pay before they proceeded with session.

Q. I have a pet is that okay?

A Yes, just as long they don't cause interruption to your setup.
