The therapist must adhere to the schedule to accommodate other clients. 9. **No-Show Policy:** - Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show. - No-shows may result in the loss of the deposit and may impact future booking eligibility. 10. **Deposit Application:** - Deposits lost due to cancellations will not be applied toward future appointments unless otherwise specified by Sweet Tee's. 11. **Policy Updates:** - Sweet Tee's reserves the right to update or modify the cancellation and rescheduling policy at any time.
