Meet Ben, a highly qualified and experienced personal trainer who specialises in strength and conditioning, body transformations & injury rehabilitation. With over 4000 hours of one-on-one coaching, he is dedicated to helping clients reach their fitness and health goals through customised training plans. Ben's expertise has been recognised in reputable UK publications such as Men's Fitness and Consumer Health Digest. His main goal is to provide clients with the most efficient and effective way to achieve their desired outcomes, by creating a plan tailored to their individual needs.
