Pricing and Travel
The cost of our On-Demand Massage includes travel and all related fees within five miles of any of our branches in Chelsea, Marylebone, Hackney, Islington, Liverpool Street, Soho, East Dulwich, and Manchester Square. For locations beyond this radius, a personalised quote will be provided to ensure you receive the best service at a fair price.

Before Your On-Demand Massage
To ensure your On-Demand Massage is as relaxing and enjoyable as possible, here’s how you can prepare:

Choose a Quiet Space: Select a calm, quiet area in your home where our therapist can set up. This space should be free from distractions and interruptions to create a peaceful environment.

Clear the Area: Make sure the space is free of clutter and has enough room for the massage table and easy movement around it.

Manage Pets: Please secure any pets in a separate room to avoid disruptions and ensure a tranquil atmosphere.

Set the Mood: Feel free to dim the lights and play any relaxing music you enjoy. While we bring our own, your personal touch can enhance the ambiance.

Before Booking Your On-Demand Massage: Important Information
We’re excited to bring our luxurious massage services to you! To ensure everything goes smoothly and you have the best experience possible, please review the following information.
Where can I have my service?
You can enjoy our massage services at home, in a hotel, or at your workplace.
Can I have my massage in my hotel or workplace?
Absolutely, as long as your hotel or workplace allows it.
Do you need setup and cleanup time?
Yes, we need about 15-20 minutes to set up and the same amount of time to clean up after the massage. This time is not part of your session, so you get your full massage time.
Does the area where the therapist will be working need to be clear?
Yes, please ensure the area is clear, with enough space (8ft by 4ft for a single massage, double for twin massages) for the massage table and movement.
Can I still have a massage if I'm unwell?
Unfortunately, we cannot perform massages if you’re unwell. Please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. If you cancel less than 5 days in advance, a cancellation fee of £80.00 plus VAT will be deducted from your balance, and the rest will be refunded.
Can I cancel or reschedule my session?
Of course! Just let us know at least 72 hours before your appointment, and we’ll happily reschedule. If you cancel 5 days before your appointment, we’ll provide a full refund.
Is parking included?
Yes, our prices include travel and any congestion charges, so there’s no need to worry about parking.
I have a pet. Is that okay?
Yes, as long as your pet won’t interrupt the setup or the session.
I have small children. Is that okay?
We understand that small children might be one reason you booked an on-demand massage. As long as they don’t cause disruptions like grabbing the oil or playing near the table, it’s perfectly fine.
Do I have to pay in full?
Yes, we require full payment to ensure all costs are covered.
Are the therapists DBS checked?
Yes, all our therapists and team members are fully DBS checked for your safety and peace of mind.
I have stairs. Is this okay?
Our prices include one flight of stairs. If the therapist needs to climb more than one flight, there is an additional charge of £5 per flight. Please let us know in advance. If undisclosed, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment without a refund or charge a fee of £10 per flight on the day.
