In support of Stress Awareness, TP ICAP is offering a restorative 15-minute focus massage to help relieve tension, reduce stress, and promote a sense of calm during the workday. This express treatment will concentrate on the neck, shoulders, upper back, and scalp areas where stress commonly builds up. Using aromatherapy oils and soothing massage techniques, this session is designed to ease muscular tightness, enhance circulation, and leave you feeling rebalanced and refreshed. Oils will be applied directly to the skin, so access to the treatment area (e.g. upper back and shoulders) will be required. Please wear suitable clothing that allows for easy access or can be adjusted as needed. Take 15 minutes to pause, breathe, and reset because your well-being matters.
Cancellation Policy
Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy At Sweet Tee’s Wellness & Beauty, we are committed to providing every client with a calm, personalised, and luxurious experience. To ensure we can accommodate all guests and respect the time of our therapists and clients, we kindly ask that the following booking policies are observed. 1. Deposits A deposit is required to secure and reserve your appointment. The deposit amount will be confirmed at the time of booking and will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment. 2. Cancellation Policy Appointments cancelled five days (120 hours) or more before the scheduled appointment time are eligible for a full refund of the deposit 3. Cancellations Within 5 Days Cancellations made within five days of the scheduled appointment are non-refundable, and the deposit will be retained. 4. Rescheduling Appointments Appointments may be rescheduled once only, provided the request is made at least 72 hours before the scheduled appointment time. In this case, the deposit will be transferred to the new appointment date, subject to availability. 5. Rescheduling Within 72 Hours Rescheduling requests made within 72 hours of the appointment time may result in the loss of the deposit, and a new deposit may be required to secure another booking. 6. Late Arrivals Clients arriving late may have their treatment time shortened to avoid impacting the next scheduled appointment. The full treatment fee will still apply. 7. No-Show Policy Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show. This will result in the loss of the deposit and may affect the ability to make future bookings. 8. Communication of Changes All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be communicated directly to Sweet Tee’s Wellness & Beauty through our official contact channels or booking system. 9. Exceptional Circumstances In rare or exceptional circumstances, adjustments to this policy may be considered at the discretion of Sweet Tee’s management. 10. Policy Updates Sweet Tee’s Wellness & Beauty reserves the right to update or amend these policies at any time. Clients are encouraged to review the terms periodically.
