Our Dating Scan, available between 8 and 22 weeks of pregnancy, is designed to accurately determine how far along you are and estimate your due date. This ultrasound measures the baby’s size and development, confirming gestational age and assessing overall growth and wellbeing at this stage. The scan also checks for the presence of a heartbeat, confirms single or multiple pregnancies, and provides early reassurance about your baby’s progress. Conducted in a relaxed and professional setting by experienced sonographers, the scan includes a medical report and printed image for you to take home.
Cancellation Policy
**Terms and Conditions - Appointment Cancellation and Rescheduling:** 1. **Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:** - Clients have the option to cancel or reschedule their appointments, provided that the request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. 2. **Cancellation Within 48 Hours:** - Cancelling an appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time may result in the loss of the deposit associated with the booking. 3. **Deposit Information:** - Deposits are collected to secure and reserve the appointment slot. - The deposit amount is specified at the time of booking. 4. **Cancellation and Refund:** - Cancellations made within the stipulated 48-hour period are subject to the loss of the deposit. - No refunds will be issued for cancellations falling within this timeframe. 5. **Rescheduling Procedure:** - Clients wishing to reschedule their appointments must also adhere to the 48-hour notice period. - Rescheduled appointments are subject to availability. 6. **Communication of Changes:** - All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be communicated directly to Sweet Tee's through the provided contact channels. 7. **Exceptions:** - Exceptions to the cancellation policy may be considered in exceptional circumstances, and decisions will be made at the discretion of Sweet Tee's management. 8. **Late Arrivals:** - Clients arriving late to their appointments may experience a shortened session. The therapist must adhere to the schedule to accommodate other clients. 9. **No-Show Policy:** - Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show. - No-shows may result in the loss of the deposit and may impact future booking eligibility. 10. **Deposit Application:** - Deposits lost due to cancellations will not be applied toward future appointments unless otherwise specified by Sweet Tee's. 11. **Policy Updates:** - Sweet Tee's reserves the right to update or modify the cancellation and rescheduling policy at any time. Clients are encouraged to review the terms periodically.
