At Sweet Tee’s Wellness & Beauty, our Early Pregnancy Scan offers reassurance and clarity during the very first stages of your pregnancy. Performed between 6 and 11 weeks, this private ultrasound scan is designed to confirm your pregnancy, assess viability, and provide you with peace of mind. What the Scan Includes: 1. Confirmation of intrauterine pregnancy 2. Detection of baby’s heartbeat (from around 6 weeks) 3. Measurement of the gestational sac and crown-rump length (CRL) 4. Estimation of your due date 5. Assessment of single or multiple pregnancies The scan is carried out by a fully qualified and experienced sonographer, using high-resolution ultrasound technology in a calm and supportive environment. You are welcome to bring a partner or loved one to share in this special moment. Why Choose an Early Pregnancy Scan? This scan is ideal if you’re experiencing early pregnancy symptoms, have had previous pregnancy complications, or simply want reassurance in the early weeks before your NHS dating scan. It offers an opportunity to see your baby for the first time and understand how your pregnancy is progressing. Professional, Safe & Supportive Your wellbeing is our priority. If any concerns are identified, our team will offer clear guidance and, if needed, referral to your GP or midwife for follow-up care. What to Expect The scan is usually performed transabdominally (on the tummy), but in some cases, a transvaginal scan may be recommended for better clarity, especially in earlier weeks. The entire process takes around 15–25 minutes.
Cancellation Policy
Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy At Sweet Tee’s Wellness & Beauty, we are committed to providing every client with a calm, personalised, and luxurious experience. To ensure we can accommodate all guests and respect the time of our therapists and clients, we kindly ask that the following booking policies are observed. 1. Deposits A deposit is required to secure and reserve your appointment. The deposit amount will be confirmed at the time of booking and will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment. 2. Cancellation Policy Appointments cancelled five days (120 hours) or more before the scheduled appointment time are eligible for a full refund of the deposit 3. Cancellations Within 5 Days Cancellations made within five days of the scheduled appointment are non-refundable, and the deposit will be retained. 4. Rescheduling Appointments Appointments may be rescheduled once only, provided the request is made at least 72 hours before the scheduled appointment time. In this case, the deposit will be transferred to the new appointment date, subject to availability. 5. Rescheduling Within 72 Hours Rescheduling requests made within 72 hours of the appointment time may result in the loss of the deposit, and a new deposit may be required to secure another booking. 6. Late Arrivals Clients arriving late may have their treatment time shortened to avoid impacting the next scheduled appointment. The full treatment fee will still apply. 7. No-Show Policy Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show. This will result in the loss of the deposit and may affect the ability to make future bookings. 8. Communication of Changes All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be communicated directly to Sweet Tee’s Wellness & Beauty through our official contact channels or booking system. 9. Exceptional Circumstances In rare or exceptional circumstances, adjustments to this policy may be considered at the discretion of Sweet Tee’s management. 10. Policy Updates Sweet Tee’s Wellness & Beauty reserves the right to update or amend these policies at any time. Clients are encouraged to review the terms periodically.
