Cryotherapy means cold therapy & it's a technique that is used to expose to body to extremely cold temperatures for a short period of time. This form of therapy has a whole range of benefits including decrease of muscle inflammation & increasing circulation, reduce migraine symptoms, reduce arthritic pain, helps treat mood disorders & so much more. Each session lasts up to 15 minutes but can buy bundle sessions at a cheaper rate & just book in the days & time when you are ready to use your credits. This method of therapy should never be used longer than recommended by our qualified & experience experts & is not recommended for those with diabetes or any conditions that affects their nerves. However it is always good idea to check in with your doctor before booking an appointment. You may have some temporary side effects which includes numbness, tingling, redness & irritation of the skin.
Cancellation Policy
Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy At Sweet Tee’s Wellness & Beauty, we are committed to providing every client with a calm, personalised, and luxurious experience. To ensure we can accommodate all guests and respect the time of our therapists and clients, we kindly ask that the following booking policies are observed. 1. Deposits A deposit is required to secure and reserve your appointment. The deposit amount will be confirmed at the time of booking and will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment. 2. Cancellation Policy Appointments cancelled five days (120 hours) or more before the scheduled appointment time are eligible for a full refund of the deposit 3. Cancellations Within 5 Days Cancellations made within five days of the scheduled appointment are non-refundable, and the deposit will be retained. 4. Rescheduling Appointments Appointments may be rescheduled once only, provided the request is made at least 72 hours before the scheduled appointment time. In this case, the deposit will be transferred to the new appointment date, subject to availability. 5. Rescheduling Within 72 Hours Rescheduling requests made within 72 hours of the appointment time may result in the loss of the deposit, and a new deposit may be required to secure another booking. 6. Late Arrivals Clients arriving late may have their treatment time shortened to avoid impacting the next scheduled appointment. The full treatment fee will still apply. 7. No-Show Policy Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show. This will result in the loss of the deposit and may affect the ability to make future bookings. 8. Communication of Changes All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be communicated directly to Sweet Tee’s Wellness & Beauty through our official contact channels or booking system. 9. Exceptional Circumstances In rare or exceptional circumstances, adjustments to this policy may be considered at the discretion of Sweet Tee’s management. 10. Policy Updates Sweet Tee’s Wellness & Beauty reserves the right to update or amend these policies at any time. Clients are encouraged to review the terms periodically.
