Service Description

HBOT known as Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy is a treatment that delivers pure oxygen at increased pressure to your organs & body tissue. This is done by sitting comfortably inside a luxurious 2 person hyperbolic chamber for 60 - 90 minutes depending on the duration of your booking, that boasts an integrated 32” screen, work desk, internet connection and adjustable mood lighting. Each session lasts between 60 - 90 minutes but can buy bundle sessions at a cheaper rate & just book in the days & time when you are ready to use your credits. Breathing pure oxygen under pressure allows more oxygen to be absorbed in the blood steam & plasma, which is then delivered to areas of the body that are having trouble healing due to lack of oxygen in the surrounding tissues.

Cancellation Policy

**Terms and Conditions - Appointment Cancellation and Rescheduling:** 1. **Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:** - Clients have the option to cancel or reschedule their appointments, provided that the request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. 2. **Cancellation Within 48 Hours:** - Cancelling an appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time may result in the loss of the deposit associated with the booking. 3. **Deposit Information:** - Deposits are collected to secure and reserve the appointment slot. - The deposit amount is specified at the time of booking. 4. **Cancellation and Refund:** - Cancellations made within the stipulated 48-hour period are subject to the loss of the deposit. - No refunds will be issued for cancellations falling within this timeframe. 5. **Rescheduling Procedure:** - Clients wishing to reschedule their appointments must also adhere to the 48-hour notice period. - Rescheduled appointments are subject to availability. 6. **Communication of Changes:** - All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be communicated directly to Sweet Tee's through the provided contact channels. 7. **Exceptions:** - Exceptions to the cancellation policy may be considered in exceptional circumstances, and decisions will be made at the discretion of Sweet Tee's management. 8. **Late Arrivals:** - Clients arriving late to their appointments may experience a shortened session. The therapist must adhere to the schedule to accommodate other clients. 9. **No-Show Policy:** - Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show. - No-shows may result in the loss of the deposit and may impact future booking eligibility. 10. **Deposit Application:** - Deposits lost due to cancellations will not be applied toward future appointments unless otherwise specified by Sweet Tee's. 11. **Policy Updates:** - Sweet Tee's reserves the right to update or modify the cancellation and rescheduling policy at any time. Clients are encouraged to review the terms periodically. By booking an appointment with Sweet Tee's, clients acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy.
