Our physiotherapy initial consultation is a comprehensive 45-minute session designed to assess and address your specific needs. During this consultation, our experienced physiotherapist will conduct a thorough evaluation, which includes: Medical History Review: An in-depth discussion of your medical history, including any previous injuries, surgeries, and ongoing health concerns. This helps us understand the background and context of your condition. Physical Examination: A detailed physical examination to assess your posture, movement patterns, muscle strength, joint mobility, and any areas of pain or discomfort. This may involve various tests and measurements to identify the root cause of your symptoms. Diagnosis and Discussion: Based on the findings from your medical history and physical examination, our physiotherapist will provide a diagnosis and explain the underlying issues contributing to your condition. This discussion includes answering any questions you may have and providing education about your condition. Treatment Plan: Development of a personalised treatment plan tailored to your specific needs and goals. This plan may include recommendations for manual therapy, exercises, lifestyle modifications, and other physiotherapy techniques aimed at improving your condition and preventing future issues. Initial Treatment: Depending on the assessment findings, you may receive an initial treatment during the consultation. This could involve manual therapy, guided exercises, or other interventions designed to provide immediate relief and set the stage for your ongoing treatment. Our goal during the initial consultation is to establish a clear understanding of your condition, create a tailored treatment plan, and begin your journey towards improved health and well-being. Cancellation Policy
Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy At Sweet Tee’s Wellness & Beauty, we are committed to providing every client with a calm, personalised, and luxurious experience. To ensure we can accommodate all guests and respect the time of our therapists and clients, we kindly ask that the following booking policies are observed. 1. Deposits A deposit is required to secure and reserve your appointment. The deposit amount will be confirmed at the time of booking and will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment. 2. Cancellation Policy Appointments cancelled five days (120 hours) or more before the scheduled appointment time are eligible for a full refund of the deposit 3. Cancellations Within 5 Days Cancellations made within five days of the scheduled appointment are non-refundable, and the deposit will be retained. 4. Rescheduling Appointments Appointments may be rescheduled once only, provided the request is made at least 72 hours before the scheduled appointment time. In this case, the deposit will be transferred to the new appointment date, subject to availability. 5. Rescheduling Within 72 Hours Rescheduling requests made within 72 hours of the appointment time may result in the loss of the deposit, and a new deposit may be required to secure another booking. 6. Late Arrivals Clients arriving late may have their treatment time shortened to avoid impacting the next scheduled appointment. The full treatment fee will still apply. 7. No-Show Policy Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show. This will result in the loss of the deposit and may affect the ability to make future bookings. 8. Communication of Changes All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be communicated directly to Sweet Tee’s Wellness & Beauty through our official contact channels or booking system. 9. Exceptional Circumstances In rare or exceptional circumstances, adjustments to this policy may be considered at the discretion of Sweet Tee’s management. 10. Policy Updates Sweet Tee’s Wellness & Beauty reserves the right to update or amend these policies at any time. Clients are encouraged to review the terms periodically.
