Our home visit physiotherapy initial appointment is a 45-minute comprehensive session conducted in the comfort of your own home. This service is designed to provide personalised and convenient care tailored to your specific needs. During this appointment, our experienced physiotherapist will: • Medical History Review: Conduct a thorough discussion of your medical history, including any previous injuries, surgeries, and current health concerns, to understand the background and context of your condition. • Home Environment Assessment: Evaluate your home environment to identify any factors that may impact your treatment and recovery, such as potential hazards, space for exercises, and accessibility issues. • Physical Examination: Perform a detailed physical examination to assess your posture, movement patterns, muscle strength, joint mobility, and any areas of pain or discomfort. This may include various tests and measurements to pinpoint the root cause of your symptoms. • Diagnosis and Discussion: Provide a diagnosis based on the findings from your medical history and physical examination. The physiotherapist will explain the underlying issues contributing to your condition and answer any questions you may have. • Personalised Treatment Plan: Develop a tailored treatment plan based on your specific needs and goals. This plan may include recommendations for manual therapy, exercises, lifestyle modifications, and other physiotherapy techniques aimed at improving your condition and preventing future issues. • Initial Treatment: Administer an initial treatment during the consultation, which may involve manual therapy, guided exercises, or other interventions designed to provide immediate relief and set the stage for your ongoing treatment. Cancellation Policy
Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy At Sweet Tee’s Wellness & Beauty, we are committed to providing every client with a calm, personalised, and luxurious experience. To ensure we can accommodate all guests and respect the time of our therapists and clients, we kindly ask that the following booking policies are observed. 1. Deposits A deposit is required to secure and reserve your appointment. The deposit amount will be confirmed at the time of booking and will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment. 2. Cancellation Policy Appointments cancelled five days (120 hours) or more before the scheduled appointment time are eligible for a full refund of the deposit 3. Cancellations Within 5 Days Cancellations made within five days of the scheduled appointment are non-refundable, and the deposit will be retained. 4. Rescheduling Appointments Appointments may be rescheduled once only, provided the request is made at least 72 hours before the scheduled appointment time. In this case, the deposit will be transferred to the new appointment date, subject to availability. 5. Rescheduling Within 72 Hours Rescheduling requests made within 72 hours of the appointment time may result in the loss of the deposit, and a new deposit may be required to secure another booking. 6. Late Arrivals Clients arriving late may have their treatment time shortened to avoid impacting the next scheduled appointment. The full treatment fee will still apply. 7. No-Show Policy Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show. This will result in the loss of the deposit and may affect the ability to make future bookings. 8. Communication of Changes All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be communicated directly to Sweet Tee’s Wellness & Beauty through our official contact channels or booking system. 9. Exceptional Circumstances In rare or exceptional circumstances, adjustments to this policy may be considered at the discretion of Sweet Tee’s management. 10. Policy Updates Sweet Tee’s Wellness & Beauty reserves the right to update or amend these policies at any time. Clients are encouraged to review the terms periodically.
