Postnatal massage is a wonderful to help decrease discomfort & help you feel relaxed. The massage will not only help with physical discomfort but it will also help you emotionally. We would recommend that you book in your first appointment at least when you feel ready & your condition permits. This could be from a week to a few months after birth. No one knows your body better than you so book in whenever you're ready.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours prior your appointment time. Cancelling after this period will result in loss of deposit.
