Why is a Prostate PSA Test Important? Prostate cancer is one of the most common cancers in men, and early detection is key to successful treatment. The Prostate-Specific Antigen (PSA) test measures PSA levels in the blood, which can indicate potential prostate issues such as inflammation, enlargement, or cancer. Regular screening is especially important for men as they age. Who Should Get Tested? You may benefit from a Prostate PSA test if you: • Experience frequent urination, especially at night. • Have difficulty starting or stopping urination. • Notice a weak or interrupted urine flow. • Feel pain or discomfort in the pelvic area, lower back, or hips. • Have blood in urine or semen. • Are over the age of 50, or 40+ with a family history of prostate cancer. Cancellation Policy
Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy At Sweet Tee’s Wellness & Beauty, we are committed to providing every client with a calm, personalised, and luxurious experience. To ensure we can accommodate all guests and respect the time of our therapists and clients, we kindly ask that the following booking policies are observed. 1. Deposits A deposit is required to secure and reserve your appointment. The deposit amount will be confirmed at the time of booking and will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment. 2. Cancellation Policy Appointments cancelled five days (120 hours) or more before the scheduled appointment time are eligible for a full refund of the deposit 3. Cancellations Within 5 Days Cancellations made within five days of the scheduled appointment are non-refundable, and the deposit will be retained. 4. Rescheduling Appointments Appointments may be rescheduled once only, provided the request is made at least 72 hours before the scheduled appointment time. In this case, the deposit will be transferred to the new appointment date, subject to availability. 5. Rescheduling Within 72 Hours Rescheduling requests made within 72 hours of the appointment time may result in the loss of the deposit, and a new deposit may be required to secure another booking. 6. Late Arrivals Clients arriving late may have their treatment time shortened to avoid impacting the next scheduled appointment. The full treatment fee will still apply. 7. No-Show Policy Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show. This will result in the loss of the deposit and may affect the ability to make future bookings. 8. Communication of Changes All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be communicated directly to Sweet Tee’s Wellness & Beauty through our official contact channels or booking system. 9. Exceptional Circumstances In rare or exceptional circumstances, adjustments to this policy may be considered at the discretion of Sweet Tee’s management. 10. Policy Updates Sweet Tee’s Wellness & Beauty reserves the right to update or amend these policies at any time. Clients are encouraged to review the terms periodically.
