Cancellation Policy
**Terms and Conditions - Appointment Cancellation and Rescheduling:** 1. **Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:** - Clients have the option to cancel or reschedule their appointments, provided that the request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. 2. **Cancellation Within 48 Hours:** - Cancelling an appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time may result in the loss of the deposit associated with the booking. 3. **Deposit Information:** - Deposits are collected to secure and reserve the appointment slot. - The deposit amount is specified at the time of booking. 4. **Cancellation and Refund:** - Cancellations made within the stipulated 48-hour period are subject to the loss of the deposit. - No refunds will be issued for cancellations falling within this timeframe. 5. **Rescheduling Procedure:** - Clients wishing to reschedule their appointments must also adhere to the 48-hour notice period. - Rescheduled appointments are subject to availability. 6. **Communication of Changes:** - All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be communicated directly to Sweet Tee's through the provided contact channels. 7. **Exceptions:** - Exceptions to the cancellation policy may be considered in exceptional circumstances, and decisions will be made at the discretion of Sweet Tee's management. 8. **Late Arrivals:** - Clients arriving late to their appointments may experience a shortened session.
